About Me! Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Sandra. I am a fitness coach of over 25 years, a black belt, a single mom, Down syndrome advocate and published fiction and nonfiction author. 

After I sold my first short story and wanted to take my writing more seriously, I quickly learned I needed to combine physical movement and brain training exercises regularly during my writing session in order to write more. 

After training all levels of clients as well as competitive athletes for many years, I now specialize in helping writers who want more energy to write.
